Refund policy

If you have any queries or issues regarding an order, please contact us via info@rmets.org.

If an item is faulty or damaged you should contact us within 30 days of ordering the item so we can discuss a suitable solution; photographic proof will be required. 

Changed your mind? If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 30 days of ordering; to be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Proof of postage should be obtained for any item returned to the Society.
